About Us

Peter Barry Surveyors have been advising clients on residential property matters since 2007. Specialist areas include party wall procedures, pre-purchase surveys, valuations and lease extensions.

If you are either planning to extend your home or live next door to an owner who is proposing to undertake building works we’re on hand to provide advice on party wall procedures. We can serve the necessary notices on your behalf and have extensive experience acting for owners on both sides of the wall or as the Agreed Surveyor.
